The Foreign Ministers of Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, the UAE, Indonesia, Pakistan, Türkiye and Saudi Arabia, have strongly condemned statements by Israeli officials proposing the forced removal of Palestinians from Gaza.
The eight countreis noted that such plans violate international law and threaten the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people.
The chief diplomats reaffirmed rejection of any displacement attempts, and stressed that Gaza is part of the Occupied Palestinian Territory and that unity of Palestinian land must be preserved.
They also reiterated that peace can only be achieved through the two‑state solution, establishing an independent Palestinian state on the June 4, 1967 borders and East Jerusalem as its capital.
Meanwhile, they urged the international community, particularly the UN Security Council, to confront attempts to impose new demographic or geographic realities, and pledged full support for the steadfastness of the Palestinian people.
