Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit discussed with Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkēvičs on Monday means to boost bilateral ties between the Arab League and Latvia.
The talks come within the framework of the Arab-European partnership, said Spokesman for the Arab League Secretary General Gamal Roshdy.
Roshdy asserted the importance of promoting this partnership.
The meeting tackled the latest developments on the regional and international arenas especially the latest developments of the crisis in Ukraine and its negative impacts especially on food security in the Arab countries.
