26 container, cargo ships handled at Damietta Port

DAMIETTA, Egypt – As many as 26 container ships and cargo vessels were handled at Damietta Port in the past 24 hours.

In a statement released on Friday, the Damietta Port Authority said the total volume of exported goods from the port reached 21,002 tons.

Meanwhile, the total trade volume of imported goods into the port recorded 36,400 tons, according to the statement.

Wheat reserves at private sector warehouses registered 360,605 tons.
