CAIRO – The board of the Tourism and Antiquities Support Fund under Minister Sherif Fathi approved to extend the flight incentive programme to the looming winter season with some amendments.
The board reviewed flight incentive policies offered by the ministry to boost tourism in Egypt.
The programme has contributed to tapping new tourist markets to target Egypt as a tourist destination.
Moreover, new airline companies launched flights to Egypt for the first time.
The meeting compared the program’s achievements during the current summer season to that of the last summer season.
