The UC Developments has achieved total sales of LE800 million during the first quarter of the current year, and that the investment in the New Administrative Capital is witnessing a large turnout from clients, especially for administrative, commercial and medical units, said Sameh Awad, CEO of the company.
Awad indicated out that the UC Developments launched its first real estate project – namely Uni-Tower 1 mall project – at the beginning of 2021 in the New Capital.
Located in the most important square in the Downtown area of the New Capital, with a direct view at the Al Massa Hotel, the Uni-Tower 1 features a number of services and unprecedented entertainment features, as it consists of a ground floor and 10 upper floors comprising commercial, administrative, and medical as well as hotel units with a unique engineering design to suit its surroundings, Awad said.
He pointed out that the mall is in the center of the New Capital and adjacent to the universities district, the government district, the embassies district, the gold market and many vital areas and entertainment capital attractions.
“Following the success and high turnout the ‘Uni-Tower 1’ project has witnessed and the completion of the sale of more than 85 per cent of its units, the company decided to launch its ‘Uni-Tower 2’ less than two months after the launch of the first project,” he said.
The Uni-Tower 2 is an administrative, commercial and hotel project with a total building area of 11.000 metres. Due to the great similarities between the two projects, the company decided to integrate the two projects together in a dazzling aesthetic form with the largest open plaza in the Downtown area exceeding 2.000 metre and a dancing fountain designed according to the latest international standards, he also said.
The prices of commercial units start from 65.000 per metre and of administrative units start from 18.000 and of medical units start from 27.000 per metre with a payment period of up to 14 years in equal installments and 10 per cent interest-free downpayment.
As for the company’s expansion plan, Awad revealed that the company is preparing to launch its third project before the end of the first half of the current year.
