According to Adel Galal , CEO of The View Real Estate, the new residential project will be executed over an area of 15 acre in Zayed City on Cairo-Alexandria road , comprises all kinds of luxurious residential units, includes Stand alone Villas , town and twin houses ,all units ranging from 200 to 400 Sqm.
He explained that the project is being implemented on 20% buildings and 80% green spaces; In addition to a green area of 500 square meters for each independent villa; walkway ; Track bike; kid’s play area; Artificial lakes; cameras and sports gym ; In addition to a shopping mall, entertainment and services area in a unique location inside the project; on the ground and first floor.
He indicated that the project implementation period is 3 years. In two phases; It is scheduled to start construction on the project by the end of this year. Noting that the company offers a variety of payment systems to suit the purchasing power of the target customers. With advances starting from 0% and facilities up to 10 years.
The View Real Estate Investment CEO added that his company is studying a number of investment opportunities available in the Egyptian real estate market. And expand the portfolio of new projects during the coming period.
