TAMAYOZ Real Estate Company, one of the leading Egyptian-Saudi companies in the field of real estate development, is set to launch its second project in the New Administrative Capital, after the great success achieved in its first project ‘Ivory Plaza’, a commercial, administrative and medical hotel.

Located in the Mu23 area, the project will be on an area of 6,200 square metres with targeted sales of LE600 million.

Eng Ahmed El-Shazly, Managing Director of TAMAYOZ Real Estate Company, said “the success of our first project – Ivory Plaza – encouraged us to prepare for launching our second project in the New Capital. The details of the project will be within days”.

The “Ivory Plaza” project has witnessed a great turnout from clients wishing to invest in the New Capital, and that the work in the second project is in full swing, nearly 35 per cent. The company has contracted with a number of major companies to have a touch in the project, El-Shazly added.

For his part, Eng Mohamed Sorour, head of the commercial sector at the company, unveiled that the company has sought the assistance of a raft of major companies – topped with Sabbour Consulting – in designing and managing the project.

“Added also to the aforementioned, the project has distinctive location as it is minutes walk away from the Sports City and in front of the “al Maqsad” project, owned by the New Urban Communities Authority,” Sorour said.

He emphasised that there are different payment systems with distinct facilities, ranging between 0% down payment with payment facilities for 5 years, 10% in advance with payment facilities for 6 years, 15% in advance with payment facilities for 7 years, 20% in advance with payment facilities for 8 years, and 25% in advance with payment facilities for 10 years to suit all customers.

Basem Elsherbiny, CEO of Etqan, the Marketing Consultant Company for TAMAYOZ, confirmed that the New Administrative Capital is witnessing development and a new reality that has attracted everyone’s attention, due to the size of the achievement that has been realised on the ground.
