Empire State Developments signed a strategic partnership agreement with El Captain Developments Company to develop “Cyan” tourism project in Ras Sudr on an area of 14 acres in one of the city’s prestigious locations, where the project is only 100 minutes away from Cairo.

Eng. Moustafa Mohsen, Empire State Developments Chairman, said that “Cyan” project is the first tourist project launched by the company within its projects’ portfolio, and the project was designed with great precision, taking into account applying the highest standards of quality, excellence and luxury to achieve the best summer experience for clients.

He added that the company concentrates on achieving excellence and services integration within the project, and aims to implement a distinctive architectural imprint in Ras Sudr, and be a nucleus for more advanced and smart projects implemented by the company, explaining that the project includes various units between studios, chalets and villas.

Mohsen pointed that the project includes a variety of entertainment services and a hotel that will be operated in the coming months, especially with its proximity to Cairo and the distinctive weather and nature in Ras Sudr all year long, makes the project an opportunity to enjoy during weekends and holidays and not only during summer season.

He noted that it is planned to work hard in the project and achieve accelerated implementation, as the construction works has already begun, and it is planned to be fully delivered within 3 years, assuring that this project will be the nucleus of further cooperation with El Captain Developments and the implementation of new projects within the partnership between both parties.

Khaled Al Fizy, El Captain Developments Chairman, said that cooperation with Empire State Developments integrates with the company’s objectives to develop a distinctive project in Ras Sudr, and it also contributes in benefiting from the accumulated experiences of both companies to implement a distinguished project with a distinctive quality worth the name of both companies.

He referred that the presence of many common elements between both parties, including strong business precedents, ambitious plans, and diversity in the projects’ portfolio, are essential elements that led to the implementation of “Cyan” project with the partnership system, which will be a distinctive sign in Ras Sudr and will attract the attention of clients once it is launched.
