With OC, we are creating a new commercial and lifestyle landmark in the heart of East Cairo.

Sckylers is built on decades of expertise, with a track record of over 90 projects in Egypt and six projects in Germany. Our mission is to reshape the real estate scene by offering a smart, premium, and fully integrated product.”Dr. Hussein Hassanein, CEO of Sckylers, highlighted the project’s strategic location and sustainable design “OC is located on Suez Road, New Cairo, spanning 16,339 sqm with a total built-up area of 57,000 sqm. The development features five unique buildings, with 60% of the land dedicated to open spaces. He added that Sckylers has successfully delivered more than 2,500 units with a repeat customer rate exceeding 40%, reflecting the company’s reputation for quality and trust.

“Our vision is to introduce innovative real estate solutions that combine secure investment, luxurious design, and the most flexible payment plans in the market. OC is a prime example of how we aim to set new benchmarks in the sector.”Mohamed Abdel Fattah, Head of Commercial Sector, positioned OC as a destination rather than a conventional project: “OC is not just another development – it is a fully integrated experience for business, leisure, and lifestyle. From modern office spaces and fully equipped medical units to premium retail, dining, and cultural zones, OC introduces a one-of-a-kind execution and operational model in East Cairo.

We have carefully studied market needs to deliver unmatched value, including children’s zones, youth and cultural hubs, and a calendar of specialized events.

”Abdel Fattah also revealed that Sckylers has partnered with AXA Insurance to provide customers with comprehensive financial protection against default risks, alongside launching a pioneering smart payment plan that will be introduced for the first time in the Egyptian market.Architect Eng. Makhlouf Emad, Chairman of MEMAKAIA Consulting, described the architectural design as: “A fusion of modernity and functionality, maximising space utilization and creating an iconic exterior identity.

OC is designed as more than a workplace or retail hub; it is a lifestyle destination that reflects Sckylers’ commitment to delivering exceptional, future-ready projects.”Through OC, Sckylers reaffirms its commitment to creating projects that combine innovation, sustainability, and unique investment opportunities—setting a new standard for the future of real estate in Egypt.
