Prime Developments is taking part in “Aqari” exhibition, organized by Al-Ahram Press Organization, at Beach Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on the 23rd, 24th, and 25th of December, sponsored by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, The Egyptian Prime Minister. The company will present exclusive offers on 3 projects during the time of the exhibition.
Sherif El Domyati, Head of the Commercial Sector at Prime Developments, confirmed that the country has a plan to expand the selling of the Egyptian real estate projects abroad; this is a joint mission between the government and private sectors to market for real estate projects abroad to provide hard currency. In addition, mentioning that the company is presenting exclusive offers on 3 projects during the time of the exhibition; which are, “Midtower” and “Harmont” in the New Administrative Capital, and “Majra” in Hurghada.
He added that the company launched “Midtower”, a commercial and administrative tower, located in a strategic location in the Downtown, next to the Monorail station and Bin Zayed axis; with a magnificent view of 250 meters on the central park and extends over an area of 4646 meters. The company contracted with Engineer Hafez for Engineering Consultants and signed a contract with EFS MISR to operate the project.
Moreover, the company’s projects portfolio includes “Harmont”, a commercial and administrative project located in a strategic location in the Downtown district, between the northern Bin Zayed axis and the Government District, a few minutes away from People’s Square, the Monorail station, and the shopping and promenade district, which makes the project easily accessed.
Mr. Sherif stated that the company launched a project in Hurghada, “Majra”, which consists of 6 buildings and is distinguished as one of the few projects in Hurghada that is located directly on the sea coast. The project is located in a significant location between El Gouna and Hurghada, close to Hurghada International Airport. The first phase of the project includes 3 buildings. In addition, all units are delivered fully finished with air conditioners.
The project provides hotel services for all units and contains a variety of services, including a club house, swimming pools, and a health club. In addition to security systems, maintenance services, housekeeping, elevators, underground garages, and a variety of facilities.
The company offers distinct payment systems in the project with 5% down payment and up to 7 years installments “added Mr. Sherif”. Moreover, the project will include various units with areas ranging from 68 meters to 288 meters. In addition, the company contracted with Zaro Architects to develop the master plan and design of the project.
