New Jersey Investment and Real Estate Development NJD – one of the significant real estate development companies – announced a contract with Consultant Engineering “Arkan” to supervise the implementation of the JURA Resort project, Ain Sokhna Al-Jalalah. Signed this contract in the presence of Eng. Gerges Youssef, the CEO of the New Jersey Company, and Eng. Ahmed Mahmoud Shaker Al-Kanari, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Arkan” and the company’s CEO, Dr. Hamed Mewafy.

And this contract comes within the framework of New Jersey’s plans to use major consulting firms locally and internationally to keep pace with the latest developments in the world.

The JURA project is located in a strategic location in the heart of the city of Galala, 500 meters from the yacht marina, and the project is located directly on the sea. The project extends over an area of ​​10 acres, with a depth of 200 meters, and a beach width of up to 180 meters, with 80% of the project areas allocated to green and natural regions and artificial lakes.

All JURA units feature a charming panoramic view of the Red Sea. The units are distinctive and furnished with the latest modern designs and contain complete furniture for rooms and kitchens, and are equipped with air conditioning. The project includes chalets and duplexes, all of which feature direct sea views, with hotel services of different sizes to satisfy all tastes
