New City Developments, an innovative real estate company that focuses on developing high-quality affordable projects, announced, during a press conference key partnership with leading construction company El Hazek Construction to provide high-quality construction work for Eco West. Ramy Yousef, CEO of NCD, and Mahmoud El Hazek, Managing Director of El Hazek Construction signed the partnership.
Ideally located in the centre of 6th of October City, Eco West is within proximity of a large number of different services in the area. The project is 5 minutes away from the MSA University and Cairo’s largest malls, 15 minutes from 6th of October City Airport, and 15 minutes from the biggest archaeological and tourist area in Great Cairo (Giza Pyramids – Grand Egyptian Museum – New Tourist Walk).
Speaking on the reasoning behind the signing, Ramy Yousef, CEO of New City Developments said, “Signing this co-operation is part of our ongoing strategy of finding partners with efficient practical expertise in their field and this includes our partnership with El Hazek Construction. Eco West comprises modern design units with Euro-Japanese Architecture that are smart with space, by the Lebanese architecture firm, Rachid Karam Architects, makes the best use of its 80 m2areas. Phase 1 has 14 diverse buildings with 1290 units and a starting price of EGP 850K, in addition to flexible payment plans that fit their clients’ needs. Eco West expects delivery in 2024, while phase 1 will be ready in 20 months.
