Menassat Developments announced the launching of Podia Tower 3rd phase. Podia Tower is one of the tallest commercial, administrative and medical towers in Downtown New Capital (touristic district), occupying a total area of 19,782 metres, about 110 metres high and encompassing 25 floors, 3 basements and a ground floor with around 850 units.
It is located directly on the northern axis of Mohammed Bin Zayed, in close proximity to the Central Business District, Mosque of Egypt, Museum of Capitals, Gold Market and only a few minutes away from Al Massa Hotel and the Monorail Station. To the northeast of the tower are the Ministry Quarter, the Parliament Building and governmental institutions.
To the east, Podia Tower overlooks the Central Park, Culture & Arts District and the People Square. To the south, Podia Tower enjoys a full panoramic view of the Embassies neighborhood.
Podia Tower’s third phase includes spacious units that start from 30 sqm to suit all needs and preferences while ensuring the highest quality standards in terms of design and facility services. Menassat Developments also aims to invest about LE120 million LEinto excavation and pallet work during 2021 and has contracted with the “House of Expertise” office of Dr. Hisham Arafat, the former Minister of Transport to carry out the works of excavation, soil and site preparation.
