Lasirena Group is poised to launch its latest new projects in Ain Sokhna in cooperation with Wadi Degla’s Blumar Sokhna.
According to board member of Lasirena Group Mahmoud Omar, the new project of Cape Bay makes good on its expansion scheme with an eye on diversifying its projects portfolio and obtaining outstanding plots of lands to serve development purposes.
He confirmed that all contracts have been sealed, construction and architectural designs have been prepared and all necessary permits have been obtained, paving the way for launching the new project of Cape Bay.
By releasing Cape Bay, Lasirena Group will introduce a new product that adds value to tourism sector and suits the widest segment of customers, the youth and small families in particular.
Also, the biggest integrated service area will be carried out in order to cater to needs of Ain Sokhna visitors and attract many of them to the area.
Lasirena’s projects as well as its upcoming expansions are all self-funded, with zero reliance by the company on banking loans, he explained.
Final phase of Lairena North Coast has been put up for sale at varied payment schemes with a 10-year tenure.
