InvestGo Company announced launching its real estate electronic platform in the United States of America, which includes various projects implemented by major real estate developers in the Egyptian market, and through the platform InvestGo succeeded in achieving sales of 250 million pounds for companies in just one month.
John Gameel, InvestGo CEO, said that there are many factors that supported the launching of our platform, most notably; The diversity of real estate products, their distinction and their ability for global competition, Plus as well there are lots of major Egyptian developers whom enjoy strong reputation in the Egyptian market, thus ,in addition to the government and the private sector tendency to expand in exporting real estate abroad.
He pointed that they started with the American market, which includes clients who have a desire to buy real estate in the Egyptian market, provided that they intend to go later to Europe, South America and Canada. The platform includes projects implemented by big 35 real estate companies , most notably; Tatweer Misr, El Ahly Sabbour, Inertia,Misr Italia, Saudi Egyptian Development, Palm Hills, Orascom, City Edge Development , and Somabay Development.
He confirmed that the company carried out the necessary researches and studies before launching its platform, in order to ensure the presence of clients matching with what provided by the Egyptian developers and also matching and also companies provided products matching with international standards.The studies Proved the presence of strong targeted clients, with amazing awareness and knowledge of the strong urban renaissance that Egypt is currently witnessing, plus the existence of a boom in the Egyptian products provided.
He noted that there are strong governmental efforts in the file of exporting real estate, including participation in international exhibitions and marketing of huge projects that Egypt is currently implementing, and such efforts support the role of the private sector.By the integration of the efforts of both sides ( Government and Private Sector ) through marketing the new cities that Egypt is currently implementing , this by its role will open abroad multiple markets in front of the Egyptian real estate Products.
He pointed that the Egyptian real estate market is able to market its products abroad and at the same time has a strong demand and attractiveness from other countries.As a conclusion of what happening in the New Egypt or New Era , InvestGo succeeded in attracting more than 10 franchises from the United States of America, especially for restaurants and office space Concept , which will invade the Egyptian real estate market in the coming period and this expected to be a strong addition to the real estate sector in Egypt.
