Gates Developments aims to record LE3b in sales during 2022, compared to LE1.8b by the end of last year.
Ali Gaber, chief commercial officer at Gates Developments, stated that achieving this amount of targeted sales is supported by the launch of new distinct phases within its current projects, as well as the launch of a new project in New Administrative Capital (NAC). Besides, continuing to work with the same marketing plan that the company followed last year.

Gaber said that this strategy is based on several axes, most notably the presence of a specific and comprehensive marketing strategy that is implemented through the company’s teamwork and in cooperation with success partners in various sectors, in addition to an administrative restructuring carried out by the company early last year.

He revealed that Gated Developments plans to launch a new project in the NAC throughout the current year. The new development is a residential project with a distinct and non-repeating location in the NAC’s R7.

Additionally, the company plans to launch another project in West Cairo during 2022, he noted, added that the company aims to diversify its investment portfolio in addition to seizing distinctive investment opportunities.

He pointed out that the company aims to increase construction rates in its existing projects, including Catalan project, which is located on 40 acres with a total investment of LE1.8b in the heart of the NAC’s R7 area. In addition to, Audaz project, which is a commercial project located in the NAC, and its commercial project, West Gate, in 6th of October city, west Cairo.

He explained that the New Capital is on the cusp of a new phase of sales boosting and high demand by investors, coinciding with the transfer of government district employees, and thus the presence of more businesses, life and services in the project. Furthermore, enhancing confidence in the city as a national project and a smart and sustainable city that includes great investment opportunities.

He unveiled that the company will move to a new administrative headquarter, which will be within one of its commercial projects in Sheikh Zayed City, which will be one of the company’s mechanisms to support capabilities of its human element and create a distinguished work environment that helps to innovate in all sectors and departments of the company.
