As a continuation of its series of successes in New Administrative Capital, Etqan Business Development, a financial and marketing consultant, succeeded in contributing to launching 23 new projects in New Administrative Capital market in 2021 for a number of major real estate companies.
Basem El-Sherbiny, CEO of Etqan Business Development said that Etqan is always working to present new and innovative ideas to support its partners in real estate market, which contributes to developing the movement of property sector as a whole, besides facing fierce competition in the market, especially in the New Capital.

Ahmed Abdel Aziz, financial consultant and general manager of Etqan, said that Etqan has succeeded in providing complete financial studies for 13 projects that have already been launched and offered in the New Capital market, and supervising the launch of nine other projects with total target sales exceeding EGP 40bn.
Abdel Aziz added that the company has prepared preliminary financial studies for four new projects that are due to be launched soon, and reviewed financial studies and pricing for six projects.
He stressed that achieving great success in these projects is a result of effort and intense work of the Eqan team in cooperation with distinguished work teams within these companies.
For his part, Mahmoud Elkady, Head of Marketing Sector at Etqan, stated that the New Capital is a global city on Egyptian lands and needs unconventional efforts and ideas to market its projects. Consequently, the company works with its partners to achieve this goale, and focuses on developing these projects in accordance with international standards and keeping pace with the latest developments in the world.
Elkady added that Etqan has provided advisory services to nearly 50 companies in more than 10 countries around the world, most of them are in real estate industry, noted, “We focus our attention on studying and analyzing real estate market, New Capital market and its Downtown.”
