El-Waad Red Sea Tourism Development Company, launched its latest project, “Tavira Bay”, on an area of 115 acres in Ras Sedr.
Engineer Sherif Okasha, El-Waad Red Sea Chairman, said that the company owns the land of the project, and is being implemented on 9 phases, and was designed to ensure the highest level of privacy and entertainment to ensure a distinctive summer experience for its clients, noting that the project includes green spaces and lakes with large areas.
He added that the company has a precedent experience up to 14 years, during which they succeeded to implement during this period various real estate and tourism projects in many tourist resorts in Ras Sedr and South Sinai, besides the company has an expansion plan to benefit from these accumulated experiences.
He pointed that the project includes units with various areas to suit the needs of targeted clients, starting from 60 metres to 325 metres, and the company offers distinguished payment facilities to suit all clients, with a down payment starting from 15% and a payment period up to 8 years, assuring that market studies are conducted to achieve diversity in its investment portfolio.
He explained that the project includes a number of commercial and entertainment services, including a commercial mall to serve the project’s clients, an Aqua Park, a number of artificial lakes, a social club, a playground area, a children’s entertainment area, and a huge number of entertainment services that achieve an integrated life and a distinctive entertainment for clients.
