El–Mansour Development Company announced its participation in the Al-Ahram Real Estate Exhibition, which will be launched in 28 July till 31 july, as it plans to participate in a variety of projects presenting exclusive offers on these projects.
Eng. Mohamed Mansour, El-Mansour Development Chairman, said that real estate exhibitions are a distinguished forum for direct communication with clients, reviewing the most prominent developments in the company’s projects, as well as identifying the most prominent needs of clients in their projects and implementing units that meet these requirements.
He added that his company participates in a package of various projects during the exhibition, and presents exclusive offers on these projects during the exhibition period, which makes it a unique opportunity for clients, as various projects are participating in the exhibition activities, which is an opportunity for clients to choose from various units and offers.
He assured that these projects vary between residential and commercial, through which the company offers a variety of investment opportunities to its clients, and all of the company’s projects are characterised by the distinguished choice of project sites in order to meet the needs of a larger number of clients, as it’s projects are located in Katameya, Nasr City, Zahraa Maadi, Mokattam, and near services area and vital districts.
He showed that “TRUE GATE” project, which is a residential and commercial complex in Nasr City, is participating in the exhibition with an area of 5,000 square metres, in addition to the company’s participation with “Makani” project, which is an integrated residential compound in Katameya and is located on an area of 20,795 square metres.
He reffered to the participation with “9YARD” project in Mokattam, which is an administrative, medical, commercial project with integrated services, includes commercial, administrative and medical units, in addition to 3 residential floors, with variety in spaces concerning commercial units as vary between 39 and 140 meters, and the administrative and medical units vary between 56 and 180 metres.
The company also during the exhibition, will display “TRUE” project, which is a project within a commercial activity in the heart of Nasr City.
