El Baron Developments launched the Vigor project in the Downtown area at the New Administrative Capital, eastern Cairo, with a total investment of approximately LE650m, according to Chairman and Managing Director Hazem Zarif.
Zarif said that the Vigor project is a commercial and medical administrative building situated on 4,700 sqm. It comprises 11 floors; each is 1,138 sqm. Each unit of the project has a distinctive view on main streets or the central park in the New Capital. The project will offer units with various sizes.
A contract was signed with the KAD Commercial Property Management responsible for managing the project after its completion in order to maintain an ideal quality of the project and to achieve a distinguished return on investment for clients. KAD is one of the largest companies in the management of commercial and administrative facilities.
Furthermore, El Baron Developments has signed a co-operation protocol with Elsewedy Electric to provide cables needed to implement a strong infrastructure for the project.
In addition, El Baron contracted with the engineering consultant Mohamed Talaat to design the project.
The company provides distinct payment systems of up to 10 years, which is in line with purchasing power of the target customers, Zarif said, adding that the company aims to provide various payment systems to customers that allow a variety of options.
Moreover, El Baron Developments has completed all necessary market studies to implement, design, and market the project, according to Zarif.
He further pointed out, “The project includes various areas matching with new and changing needs of the target customers and achieving a balance between the appropriate unit spaces and selling price that suits the target customers. Accordingly, the company adopts the slogan ‘Value the present..Secure the future.’
The company raises the value and quality of the project in order to ensure strong and renewable investment returns for clients. Over and above, the company has a complete management plan for the project after its implementation and with the start of its operation.”
Zarif stressed that the company plans to implement a distinguished project in the New Administrative Capital, based on its experience in real estate development that extends for about 40 years, during which it has implemented about 135 projects in the real estate market and has fulfilled its obligations towards its customers. This long accumulated experience encouraged the company to expand its projects and invest in the New Capital.
The New Administrative Capital is a promising national and investment project that is being constructed with an ambitious vision and a clear plan to develop a smart and technological city capable of global competition. Moreover, with the transfer of employees to the government district in new capital, which is scheduled for this year, the capital is witnessing more investments by local and foreign developers, he concluded.
