EG Towers, a real estate development company, has launched the “EINS Towers” chain, the first German-managed hotel apartment tower in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital.

Sari Real Estate, a real estate marketing and consulting firm backed by deep market experience, is in charge of the exclusive marketing of the project, with a new concept for a real estate brokerage and consulting.

Ahmed Diab, director of the company’s sales sector, said that the Downtown area of the New Capital was chosen as it is one of the strongest and best commercial areas there; hence the presence of a wide range of services.

This area, in particular, is characterized by its proximity to the R7 & R8 area, which is a high-density area with more than 45 residential compounds, he unveiled.

Located in the heart of the Downtown area,The EINS project is considered one of the distinguished projects providing the customer with the best investment opportunity ever, as the project is in the middle of the ministries area, and is near the Presidential Palace, the International Airport and the Al-Massa Hotel, he said.

He pointed out that the project is located on 4 main axes; namely Mohammed bin Zayed, the ministries axis, the monorail axis, the Al-Massa axis, and overlooks a 90-meter-wide street.

Designed with a German style, and managed through a German company specializing in hotel management, the project includes a business park, a health club, and achieves the highest rental income for clients in the region, he said.

He explained that the price per square meter ranges between LE25.000 and LE32.000 for fully-finished and furnished hotel apartments, adding that the project has external designs that have a special character combining modernity with tradition.

The project includes areas starting from 40 meters that suit all categories, with payment facilities starting from 5 years to 10 years.

Ahmed Nassif, Project Sales Manager, explained that the project is the first of its kind in the New Capital, and consists of 10 floors – a ground floor, a commercial floor and a business center floor and the remaining from the third to the tenth are hotel units.

He added that the total land area is 2500 meters, and that the commercial part is implemented with a different concept and with international standards compatible withglobal brands.

Marketing Manager, Ali Al-Sa’dany, said that the project is the first of its kind with a German partnership in the New Capital, adding that in such a project all international standards are considered.
