Based on the ambitious strategy set by the businessman Ashraf Al-Shiaty, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shoura Holding Group, before his departure, Developer X, one of the Shoura Holding Group companies, announced the opening of its new branch in 6th of October City.
Ahmed Fouad, CEO of Developer X, said that Mr Ashraf Al-Shiaty laid the rules of work in Developer X, since the start of its work in the real estate market, it aimed at maintaining a strong relationship with the company’s customers, and for credibility and quality to be basic elements on which the company’s work is based.
He added that the businessman Ashraf Al-Shiaty had experience and a strong contribution in the field of real estate development, industrial, and commercial investment, Developer X was one of the subsidiaries of the Shoura Holding Group that he headed, he also succeeded in ensuring that all group companies have the same standards of quality, credibility and honesty in the service of customers, and success partners.
He added that Mr Ashraf Al-Shiaty was supporting youth and he devoted his efforts to help them acquire the necessary expertise and acquire the skills of the labour market, as youth are the mainstay of this country and of investment in the real estate market, and he trusted their unlimited capabilities.
He explained that the company owns a diversified portfolio of projects, including the “Ourika” project, which is a residential project consisting of villas in Sheikh Zayed City, and “The Muse” project, with an administrative commercial activity, located on the northern 90th Street and implemented in partnership with Saad El-Din Group.
