A mixed-use tower (commercial, administrative, medical) with 100 m high and contains many features and services that all target customers’ needs, in addition to the various spaces of the units, which start from 35m to 1000m.

Dr Ahmed Fikri, Chairman of “Contact”, declared during the press conference held by the company that the project is located in the heart of the central business district, in the middle of the largest gathering of international buildings and distinctive towers, which are being prepared to be a destination for investments and businesses in Africa and the entire Middle East.

He also said that it is obvious that the central business district is being built on a total area of about 1.71 million square meters, equivalent to 195 acres, and the area is considered the heart of the economy in the new administrative capital, and the centre of the commercial movement. Fikri confirmed that the project’s investments will reach one billion and 500 million pounds.

He indicated that the tower is divided into a podium consisting of a ground floor and two floors, all of which are commercial, in addition to 3 floors of commercial units inside the tower. The tower also contains 22 floors of medical clinics and administrative offices with various areas ranging from 35 meters to 1000 meters.

from his part, Eng. Khaled El-Seyoufi, “Chief Executive Officer” (CEO) of the company, clearly announced that it will be completed within 4 years, explaining that the project is signalized by a direct and open view of the iconic tower, the highest tower in Africa, a magnificent view of two gardens with green spaces exceeding 3 acres, and an open view of the Bin Zayed axis.

Eng. Ahmed Wagdy, Marketing Director, revealed that the company did an accurate study to choose the consulting firm for the project. Eventually, the company contracted with Eng. Yasser El-Beltagy – an architectural consultant firm, “YBA”, and the office of Eng. Hussein Sabbour – an executive consultant, Sabbour Consulting, and the office of Eng. Mohammed Rashid – MRB – an operation, management and maintenance consultant.
