Eng. Khaled Elseoufy, Managing Director of “Contact Developments” stated that “The company completed the sales of the first phase of its project “Quan Iconic Tower” with an estimated contractual sale of LE620 million.”

Elseoufy added that the company is always keen to study all its investment steps, starting with the choice of a unique location Which lies at the heart of the central business district, amidst the largest gathering of world-class buildings and distinctive towers, that’s being prepared to be the direction of investment, and business in Africa and the Middle East as a whole.

Elseoufy pointed out that the space of the units in the project starts from 35 to 900 meters, mixed-use “Commercial – Administrative – Medical”. Emphasising that the total area of the project is 10,531m consisting of 25 floors at a height of 100 metres, the tower embodies many of the features and services that all target audiences require.

Elseoufy commended the collaboration with the partners in success which are expertise who contributed to the implementation of the project with smart technology to reach an outstanding product capable of keeping up with the global market, not just Egyptian.

Elseoufy declared that the project’s investments amounted to one billion and five hundred million Egyptian Pounds. He pointed out that the tower is divided into a Podium, which consists of a ground floor and two frequent floors, all of which were shops, Plus 3 commercial floors inside the tower.

From his part, the Marketing Director, Eng. Ahmad Wagdy, explained that the marketing plan at current stage is intended to be ready to launch phase II as soon as possible to meet the growing need and demand for commercial and administrative units of the project and engaging in many effective marketing activities after the successful marketing campaign accompanying the launch of the project.

Wagdy pointed out that the New Administrative Capital will change the features of real estate investment in Egypt in the coming period, especially with the transfer of government ministries and institutions there.

Wagdy proceeded saying that the new administrative capital is a remarkable achievement for Egyptians, where a new republic is being born that is planned at the highest level To preserve the future of the upcoming generations.
