Coldwell Banker celebrates 20th anniversary of its presence in Egypt

Coldwell Banker – Egypt, for investment and real estate marketing, was partaking in the organisation of one of the biggest real estate exhibitions; The Real Gate Exhibition under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El Sisi. During the exhibition, which coincided with the company’s celebration of the 20th anniversary of its presence in Egypt, Coldwell Banker-Egypt provided the latest services and solutions that contribute to the development of digital transformation in the real estate sector, in addition to the newest projects that are being marketed, especially in the New Administrative Capital.

Coldwell Banker took advantage of the exhibition by showcasing a myriad of new real estate projects, with a focus on the New Administrative Capital and the Fifth Settlement area, which both represent nearly 60 per cent of the real estate market sales. It is very important to mention that the company joined hands with various leading companies in the real estate development sector while conducting this praiseworthy exhibition. The company will also re-launch the CB * Club programme, which aims at changing the traditional concept of real estate marketing, as well as keeping pace with the rapid development that is currently occurring in the country. Indeed, the terms and conditions, for the participation in the new CB * Club programme, state that the subscriber should be a Coldwell Banker – Egypt’s customer. Also, the terms mandate that these customers should have purchased residential or commercial units in one of the real estate projects that the company has marketed for, in cooperation with the most prominent real estate developers in Egypt.
