The Capital Group Properties (CGP) for real estate development and investment announced that the first quarter of 2023 will witness the actual start-up of the “Business Park” area located within the Alburouj project, which is the first and only one in East Cairo managed by the Smart Village Company.
Located on an area of 120,000 square meters, inside the “Al Burouj” project, the Business Park consists of 12 buildings, built according to the highest standards of construction quality, and the latest means of communication via a high-speed fiber-optic network, the company said in a statement.
It added that a Civil Registry will be opened inside a private residential compound to fully serve the residents of Alburouj and the surrounding area.
Featuring an area of 5 million square meters located between the New Administrative Capital and the Fifth Settlement, the Alburouj project includes about 1,500 diverse housing units in addition to a business district, a cultural center and a theater that can accommodate more than 5,000 invitees.
It also includes two international schools and a sports club combining the first Manchester City football academy in Africa, Orchard Central Park, and Open Air Mall that provides various services to the residents of the compound and the surrounding area.
