The Captain Construction, one of the pioneering construction companies contributed in solving the youth problems, opened the sale of the second phase of its two projects, “Smart Mall” and “Smart Tower” in the New Administrative Capital, after the sale of first phase of the two projects came to an end, a senior company official said.
Captain Khaled Al Fizi, Board Chairman of the company, added that the main goal of all the “Al Captain” projects is to provide a distinct real estate product that adds to its customers and to be an icon for the real estate market in Egypt in general and the New Administrative Capital in particular; hence its strategic and economic importance as one of the most smart cities.
“The Captain Company has chosen a distinct location for its two projects in the New Administrative Capital in the Downtown Area, close to the government district, the financial and business district, the Green River and the Monorail station, which are among the first smart projects in the New Capital that support smart control systems and mobile applications technology, through which the unit owners can control systems, such as lighting, Captain Al Fizi said.
Ahmed Samir, Director of the Commercial Sector, stated that the Al Captain offers through the second phase the best actual investment for its clients in the New Capital, with annual returns of 16 per cent, and the longest installment payment period of up to 16 years at competitive prices, targeting LE300 million in sales.
Samir explained that “Captain” chose the name “Smart” for its two projects thanks to the services provided within the two projects which are completely smart services and could be controlled and followed up through mobile apps.
