AVA MINA Group, a pioneering company in the field of real estate development, has signed a contract with a number of major companies in the Egyptian market to manage and operate its N-MALL project in the New Administrative Capital.
The first agreement has been signed with UNITECH Integrated Services Company to manage and operate the mall.
Signing the contract were Ehab Awad, Managing Director and Board Vice Chairman of AVA MINA GROUP, and Ashraf Adib Zaki, Managing Director of UNITECH Integrated Services Company.
A second co-operation agreement has been signed with TROPICANA, one of the AMER GROUP companies, to launch Studio Misr restaurants, Carinoś, and Coffee ccino cafes in the N-MALL’ project of the new capital.
The contract was signed by Mr. Ehab Awad and Sameh Marawan from the AVA MINA side together with Mohamed al-Qabbani, Director of Franchise and Development Department at TROPICANA Group.
Ashraf Awad, CEO of AVA MINA GROUP, stressed that the group seeks to co-operate with major local and international brands in its project in the New Administrative Capital, with the aim of enhancing and supporting its investments and maximising the returns of the project to both the clients and the group.
Located in the most prestigious areas of the Downtown New Capital, the commercial, medical, administrative N-MALL project is implemented on an area of 2,300 square metres, and overlooks 3 streets, next to the government and financial district, the banking district, in front of the computer companies and data center, and near the Manoril station, Awad added.

Ehab Awad said that with investments amounting to LE220 million, the project will be implemented in one phase, and the project is scheduled to be completed by 2023. The medical and administrative units will be delivered fully finished.
Engineer Hadi George, General Manager of Projects in the group, revealed out that the company has a contracting arm that implements all the company’s projects, along with implementing projects for others.
