Arab Engineers for Real Estate Deveolpment company announced launching the second phase of “Paradise 1” and “Paradise 2” projects with targeted sales 250 million pounds, besides contracting with “Property Gate” to be responsible for the development and marketing management and sales for the two projects, with total areas 9,000 square meters for the project.
Engineer Ahmed Aboudaoud Chairman of Arab Engineers for Real Estate Deveolpment , said that both Paradise projects are commercial malls located in a distinguished location in El Shorouk City, where all services are available, in addition to the availability of units ready for immediate delivery, which reliefs the client seeking ready units for delivery, especially within the current challenges that affect implementation and delivery.
He assured that the mall is distinguished as being the only commercial center on the third main axis in El Shorouk City, which links it to the New Administrative Capital, Suez and Ismailia roads and New Heliopolis City, and overlooks “Sodic East” project, owned by SODIC, in the entrance to the region’s best villas compound.
The mall is also characterized by overlooking a major axis, and surrounded by the highest population density in the city, as it is in the middle of future housing, cooperative housing and youth housing, as the genius of the site lies in its close proximity to “Madinaty” and “New Heliopolis”.
He pointed that the company contracted with “Property Gate” to manage the development, marketing and sales of both projects, in order to redevelop them in marketing and sales, and to contract with new brands to increase the investment and sales value of the two projects, as well as to maintain clients’ investments in their units inside the mall, in addition to providing the largest diversable brands in the mall.
He added that the company has a long experience in developing distinctive projects in Al-Shorouk City for about 15 years, and during this period it was able to implement and deliver various projects, during which it gained cumulative experiences that support its expansion plan during the coming period, especially with the presence of various investment opportunities that the state is currently presenting for all companies.
Ahmed Al-Ashry, Property Gate Chairman, stated that the two projects “Paradise 1” and “Paradise 2” are commercial malls serving clients and El Shorouk City residents, and they are located on an area of 9,000 square meters, as Paradise 1 consists of 4 floors, and Paradise 2 consists of 3 floors, including 240 commercial shops, overlooking the entrance of the New Administrative Capital, with an integrated commercial roof dedicated to cafes.
He explained that the project is located only 20 minutes from the Fifth Settlement, 5 minutes from the Madinty project, and only 7 minutes from the Administrative Capital, and the project serves the entire population of the city, and the company is working on a strong plan to develop it and re-submitting it,
depending on the company’s experience in development, real estate consultancy and marketing.
He pointed that the company has a plan to redevelop and market the project, based on marketing studies for the project, the city, client needs and the brands that will witness demand in the city.
