“AL-BOROUJ MISR” announced its participation in “Egypt 2030” exhibition, which will be launched in Dubai on February 18, as the company plans to launch a new project in the New Administrative Capital and will provide exclusive offers during the exhibition activities.

Eng. Mohamed Assi, Vice Chairman of AL-BOROUJ MISR, said that the participation in external exhibitions is one of the marketing mechanisms that support the company’s sales plan, in addition to its role in reaching new clients outside Egypt who have the intention to buy real estate, but lack the opportunity to learn about the available options, and that is what external exhibitions introduce.

He added that the exhibition is also an opportunity to introduce the projects volume currently being implemented in Egypt and to market Egypt as a destination for clients looking for real estate, whether Egyptians working abroad or foreign ones.

Waseem Odeh, AL-BOROUJ MISR’s CCO, explained that the company is participating in the exhibition with a new project that will be launched in the exhibition for the first time, which will be a surprise to the real estate market and a real opportunity for the customer present in the exhibition, in addition to launching new units in the “Sixty Iconic” project, which is a distinctive one located In the central business district in front of the Iconic Tower in the New Administrative Capital.

He added that the project is 180 meters high with a total of 50 floors, as it is a commercial, administrative, hotel project, and the last 10 floors are dedicated to a hotel activity managed by the “Mövenpick” brand of the Accor International Group, and through the project, all elements of luxury are provided to clients, and the company offers payment systems to customers for periods up 10 years, in addition to introducing offers with discounts up to 10%.

Khaled Abdel Rahman, the CEO of Al Etegah Al-Awal company which organises the exhibition, said that organising external exhibitions is an opportunity to introduce the comprehensive urban development that Egypt is currently implementing and the capability of Egyptian real estate companies to provide real estate products capable of global competition, insisting on the company’s keenness to have the list of sharing companies including the largest number of diversity.
