Dubai Developments Company, one of the leading real estate development companies, signed a contract with Ahmed Shehata to head the company’s sales sector as part of the company’s expansion plan in the Egyptian market, and to take advantage of competencies and expertise specialized in a number of sectors to align with the company’s future vision and its strategy in the market.
Shehata has a great experience in the field of real estate development exceeds 10 years, as was one of the first workers in the Administrative Capital, where he participated in the sales of more than one project to more than one developer.
Shehata expressed his happiness to join Dubai Company’s team, as it is one of the largest real estate companies in the Egyptian market, and said that he is preparing an unconventional sales and marketing plan commensurate with the distinguished projects portfolio owned by the company.
Abdel Fattah Al Murr, Dubai Development Chairman, said that the company aims to expand and launch a new package of investments in the market, based on the company’s confidence in the strength of the Egyptian economy and the promising investment opportunities that the market enjoys.
He added that the company launched its second project in the Administrative Capital, named “OBSIDIER” project. He explained also that “OBSIDIER” is commercial, administrative, medical, and hotel project, located in the most distinguished areas of the Administrative Capital in (Downtown Tourist Towers), and the total area of the project is 13.5 thousand square meters, with investments amounting about 4 billion pounds.
Al Murr added that Capital Dubai Mall project is the company’s first project in the Administrative Capital, and it is a commercial and entertainment complex in a prime location in R7, with direct views on the central axis and the Tourist Walk ” Champs Elysees” Avenue.
