Egypt-TEDA SEZONE Development Company hereby announces the opening of bidding for qualified and licensed providers to participate in the tender for Water Network Repair and Service Connections Works belonging to Egypt TEDA SEZONE Company.
I. Works Overview and Bidding Scope:
(1) Works Overview: The repair of three water leakage points on the existing water supply network at locations M1, L7, and L9. The works also include the construction and connection of water and sewage service lines in the L5 area to serve K&I Factory, ZhongXin Co. Factory, and B-Tex Factory. (as mentioned in the Tender Documents).
(2) Location: The works is located in Expansion area of 3rd sector of north-west Gulf of Suez Economic Zone, TEDA, Ain SokhnaIndustrial Zone, Suez Canal Economic Zone, Egypt.
(3) The planned works period requirements: (1) month after the winner get signing the contract.
(4) Project quality requirements: should meet SEZONEacceptance standards.
II. Deadline for Announcement and Acquisition of Bidding Documents (Egyptian Time):
(1) The bidding announcement of this tender project will be published from 12/07/2026 to 16/07/2026.
(2) The deadline for obtaining the tendering documents for this bidding project is: 16/07/2026.
(3) The deadline for submission of the bidding documents for this bidding project is: 26/07/2026.
(4) The tenderer will not accept any bidder who fails to receive the bidding documents within the time limit.
III. The Control Price should be: 4,000,000 EGP
