CAIRO – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree on Thursday approving a decision by the board of governors of the African Development Bank on capital increase and subscription tool in Egypt.
The president also approved a decision by the bank on its capital shares within the framework of regulations of transferring ownership of shares available for subscription during the period ending on May 31, 2020 and the subscription tool in Egypt within the framework of the Sixth General Capital Increase of the Bank.
The two decrees were published in the official gazette.
