KUWAIT CITY – The secretariat of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) strongly condemned a drone attack on an oil refinery in Riyadh.
The Organization said in a statement on Saturday that OAPEC Secretary General Ali Sabt Ben Sabt denounced these repeated aggressive operations against vital facilities.
He said he is supporting Saudi Arabia in measures it took to safeguard its vital establishments, according to the statement.
