The company has established strategic partnerships with several specialized entities, including:- Concorde El Salam: Under a finalised agreement to manage and operate the project’s hospitality component, representing one of the key pillars of its operational and investment vision.
TSM: Responsible for managing and operating the retail and administrative activities.
EHFS: Collaborating on specialised consultancy services for the management of medical facilities throughout the development and fit-out phases.
ADC: Responsible for the project’s architectural design and consultancy services, taking into consideration the relationship between different uses, user experience, circulation requirements, and service needs.
NAJDAR draws on the experience of its founders in real estate development and investment across both the Egyptian and Saudi markets.

As part of its preparations for the project’s official launch, the company announced that it will host an exceptional launch event on November 11, 2026, at the project site in October Gardens.

The evening will also feature musical performances by renowned Egyptian singer Ahmed Saad and artist Mohamed Nour.
In a special artistic gesture, Mohamed Nour will perform a song specially created for NAJDAR Developments, titled “Khotwa Azizah” (A Precious Step), as part of the celebration.
