Consultant Engineer Mohamed Maghrabi was appointed as special borad member of BM Lease Company for his extensive experience in the field of economics and company insurance.
Maghrabi works as Head of Engineering Security and Planning at Banque Misr and CEO of El Maghrabi Group.
BM Lease Company was established in 2017 by Banque Misr, the main shareholder, in cooperation with Misr Capital, Misr Insurance Holding Company, and Tahya Misr Holding for Investment.
BM succeeded during the past year in topping the list of companies working in Egypt via a market share of 16.31%, with long contracts worth up to LE13 billion, according to the report of the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority.
