CAIRO – Misr Italia Properties and Redcon Construction have sealed a deal worth 1.3 billion pounds, under which the latter will be tasked with implementing the Solare project in Ras el Hikma.
The project will be established over 386 feddans west of Alexandria in 18 months,it was announced in a press conference Wednesday.
The venture comes as part of partnership efforts to support development plans in the western North Coast.
CEO of Misr Italia Properties Mohamed Khaled el Assal said Solare will be up to international standards in terms of quality, utilities and services.
A commercial zone mimicking the Italian architecture will be built, as well as entertainment and sports facilities and two international hotels, Assal added.
