Head of the Egyptian General Authority for Investment and Free Zones Muhammad Abdel Wahab discussed with Palestinian Minister of Economy Khaled Al-Aseeli efforts to activate joint cooperation between investment agencies in both countries.
In a press statement Abdel Wahab asserted that the two sides share a common vision on areas of mutual interest, including the transfer of Egyptian expertise in the field of free zone management and investment promotion, as well as facilitating procedures provided by the investor service centers.
They discussed the importance of enhancing investment cooperation in providing technical support to the Palestinian Promotion Authority to assist it in attracting investments and creating a business-friendly legislative environment.
The Palestinian minister praised relations between the two sisterly countries and stressed the need to strengthen joint economic relations in a way that reflects the strong fraternal bonds between their peoples.
