The project will be unveiled alongside the group’s first-ever luxury hotel and residences, scheduled to open in 2027, marking a major step in enhancing Egypt’s global tourism appeal.

Sirene by GAIA will span multiple zones and feature a signature restaurant, private cabanas, beach sunbeds, hidden bars, exclusive lounges, and a swimming pool. Drawing inspiration from the glamour of the Mediterranean, it promises to deliver a fusion of world-class cuisine, laid-back luxury, and a dynamic atmosphere.
