Dollar exchange rate stable at Egypt major banks

CAIRO – The US Dollar exchange rate remained stable during transactions at Egyptian banks on Wednesday.

At the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr, the dollar price recorded LE15.64 for buying and LE15.74 for selling.

Meanwhile, the dollar rate recorded at the Commercial International Bank, Credit Agricole, HSBC and BLOM Bank Egypt LE15.66 for buying and LE15.76 for selling.

The euro price rose slightly to record LE18.32 for buying and LE18.47 for selling at Banque Misr and the NBE.

At the CIB, the euro price went down to LE18.34 for buying and LE18.48 for selling.

Meanwhile, the pound sterling went down by 8-10 piasters registering LE21.34 for buying and LE21.52 for selling at Banque Misr and the NBE.
