Egypt has strongly condemned the Israeli attack targeting military facilities and infrastructure in southern Syria.
In a statement, Egypt described the strike as a blatant violation of Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. It said the attack breaches international law and the principles of the UN Charter.
Cairo stressed its firm rejection of repeated Israeli actions. It warned that such provocations threaten regional security and stability. Egypt said continued escalation could push the Middle East toward further tension and disorder.
Egypt called for the immediate and full withdrawal of Israeli forces from all occupied Syrian territories. It said this must be in line with relevant international resolutions.
The statement also urged the international community, especially the UN Security Council, to assume its responsibilities. Egypt called for urgent action to stop ongoing Israeli violations and to ensure Israel’s compliance with international law.
Egypt said these steps are essential to safeguard regional and international peace and security.
