The Egyptian Ministry of Health announced Saturday the success of the “door knocking” campaign under which 4,434,354 people were vaccinated against the coronavirus pandemic in five governorates since the launch of campaign on January 29 until March 1.
Health Ministry Spokesman Hossam Abdel Ghaffar said the third stage of the campaign focused on the governorates of Monofeya, Menya, Assiut, Qena and Qaluobia.
The campaign is set to kick off on Sunday in the governorates of Sharqia, Kafr El Sheikh, Damietta, Daqahlia and Aswan, Abdel Ghaffar added.
