Al-Qubbah presidential palace will host the fourth edition of the Real Estate Fair, “The National Expo 2021”, for the first time in Egypt as a major real estate event during the period 9th – 11th July. Organised by a consortium of 3 leading real estate marketing and the organisation of exhibitions companies, includes the National Exhibition Company, headed by Moataz Askar and Ahmed Waked the Chief Executive Officers of the “The Address Consultancy” company, the “RED” Real Estate Marketing Company, headed by Khalid Bahig and Mohamed Banany, and the “ACG” exhibitions organising and management company, headed by Ahmed Ghozi.

The “National Expo 2021” Exhibition supports states approach that promoting development the national projects domestically and abroad, especially as it brings together experts in the organisation of real estate exhibitions in the market and major real estate marketing companies, which are the most important factors for the success of real estate exhibitions, in addition to market studies on which the exhibitions’ organisers have relied to identify the requirements of the real estate market and determine investment trends and directions.

Moataz Askar, Chief Executive Officer CEO, of “The National Expo” company for organising real estate exhibitions, announced that the Egyptian real estate market was lacking in a national real estate fair commensurate with the size of national projects implemented by the state in new cities and properly represented locally and externally. The market relied on foreign fairs, which did not meet the natural goals of real estate companies, whether public or private sectors.

Askar explained that the “The National Expo 2021” scheduled to be held in the Presidential Palace Al-Qubbah on July 9, and will be the start of a series of local and foreign national exhibitions based on marketing, promotion, and introduction of national projects, foremost of which is the New Administrative Capital, New Alamein City, City of Al-Jalala, Al-Sokhna, New Mansoura, and New Damietta.

From his part, Ahmed Waked, the company executive, said new and innovative marketing plans have been made for The National Expo industry to serve the orientations of the state leadership and promote real estate projects for the benefit of real estate developers and government projects, to attract new investments by providing studies and a complete database on investment opportunities in each area, the volume of demand, the purchasing power of the targeted customers and the quality of real estate products the market requires to provide qualified investment services to the individuals who aim to invest in real estate sector coming period.

Waked pointed out that the export of real estate is one of the priorities of the National Expo in the coming period, which is strongly equipped to be the real start booming start for this industry, which has witnessed quietness in the past period due to many factors, including the repercussions of the coronavirus. The company “National Exposition” is planning to organise exhibitions to hold its first foreign real estate expositions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the support of the state, to begin the first steps of official representation to export Egyptian real estate externally.

The “National Expo 2021” will be held at the Presidential Palace of Al-Qubbah, in an area of 6000 square metres. It will focus on real estate and tourism projects in new cities, foremost of which is the New Administrative Capital, Al-Sukhna, Al-Jalala, and the new coastal projects, in addition to residential, administrative, commercial, service, and entertainment projects to highlight the ongoing works there in the New Administrative Capital, following moving to it will take place soon in the coming period.
