Egypt’s Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli said that the State takes tangible steps to remove hurdles hindering the industrial sector.

Madbouli added the government works on facilitating and simplifying the procedures to encourage existing and new industrial investments, obtaining industrial licenses and activating industrial investment map as a platform to allocate industrial lands nationwide, said Cabinet Spokesman Ambassador Nader Saad.

During his meeting on Tuesday with President of the Chamber of Chemical Industries Mohamed Zaki el-Suwaidi within the framework of holding discussions on a number of issues related to backing the industrial sector in line with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s directives.

During the meeting, the premier directed officials to enhance coordination between the Manpower Ministry and the Federation Of Egyptian Industries (FEI) in order to benefit from the training centers, affiliated with the Ministry, in raising the efficiency of workers.

The meeting also shed light on the FEI’s agreement with the Federation of Egyptian Banks to develop 10 technology schools.
