Egypt’s Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhy asserted the importance of sports and their positive effects on building the individual intellectually, physically and psychologically in the society.
The state seeks to make sports a lifestyle as per directives of the political leadership and within the vision of the ministry, said Sobhy while attending the exercise of national judo teams on Wednesday, in the presence of Japanese Ambassador in Cairo Oka Hiroshi.
In press statements, the minister thanked the Japanese diplomat for fruitful co-operation in several games, including judo and karate.
