Egyptian Minister of State for Emigration and Expatriates’ Affairs Soha Gendy on Tuesday inquired after the health of an Egyptian youth, who is working in Mozambique and was infected with Typhoid and suffered from health complications and came back home on Wednesday on board an EgyptAir plane coming from Nairobi to Cairo International Airport.

In statements on Tuesday, Gendy said she is closely following up on the health condition of the Egyptian youth, who is now in stable condition.

Ahmed Hussein Abdel Fattah was admitted four days ago to the Egyptian Coptic Hospital in Kenya to complete his medical treatment ahead of returning to Egypt.

The minister lauded efforts of the Egyptian Coptic Orthodox Church in Kenya, Anba Boulos, Coptic Bishop of Kenya and Egyptian doctors working in the African country for helping in the Egyptian youth medical treatment in Nairobi at their expense till his condition became stable and was able to travel to Egypt.
