CAIRO – Egyptian State Minister for Military Production Mohamed Salaheddin Mostafa thanked President Abdel Fattah El Sisi for putting his trust in him, pledging to exert his utmost to serve the homeland under the wise leadership of the president.
Mostafa added the ministry is key to military industrialization in the country and a most important civil and industrial arm in the state.
In statements Monday, the minister said president Sisi affirmed during his meeting with new ministers Sunday the necessity of doing their best to serve the homeland amid the latest international changes, which, the president said were reflected on world countries including Egypt and posed many challenges that require hard and tireless work.
Mostafa added the work system in military production is a unique and integrated system and is a cornerstone of military manufacture in the country, in addition to meeting demands of the Armed Forces of different ammunitions and arms.
The military production system mainly contributes to achieving surplus value of the Egyptian economy, according to him.
