CAIRO – The Egyptian Education Ministry announced on Thursday that the new 2022/2023 academic year will begin on September 24 and end June 8.
The ministry’s decision is applicable on public, private and experimental schools.
In a statement, the ministry said actual school days for the first semester will be 98 while the second term will be 96 days.
