CAIRO – Egypt’s Justice Minister Amr Marawan has announced the start of applying Law no. 9 of 2022 to ease property registration procedures.
The first registration process of a real estate property under the new procedures was implemented in Qalubiya governorate.
Marawan said that the move came as part of directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to facilitate procedures and improve the quality of services offered to citizens.
