25 container, cargo ships handled at Damietta Port

CAIRO – As many as 25 container ships and cargo vessels were handled at Damietta Port in the past 24 hours.

In a statement released on Friday, the Damietta Port Authority said the total trade volume of exported goods from the port reached 6,680 tons.

Meanwhile, the total trade volume of imported goods into the port recorded 30,586 tons, according to the statement.

Wheat reserves at private sector warehouses registered 247,639 tons.
